A Fanfiction is a story you create where you take characters from a movie, TV show, book, cartoon, and other possible sources and put them in situations of your own design.
Steps
Think of the movie, book, TV show, cartoon, or other source you would like to use characters from.
Devise a plot and a setting, and any possible extra characters of your imagination that you might wish to add. (However, extra characters do not always make a story better, and are even frowned on in some communities.)
Jot down your plot somewhere so you don't forget what you're writing about.
Begin to write your story in the most descriptive, attractive, and most appealing way possible.
After you are done with sections of your story or your entire story, revise and proofread your story to make sure there are no spelling or grammar errors. You might want to search for a beta reader, or someone who will look over your work for you to help improve it.
Publish your work, if you can. You can get free membership to publish fanfiction on http://www.fanfiction.net.
